Password reset
Forgot your password? Request a reset link by email and choose a new one. If you've set up an authenticator app, you'll also confirm a code before the password changes — so a stolen inbox alone can't take over your account.
What you can do
- Request a password reset link from the login page.
- Set a new password using the link sent to your email.
- Confirm an authenticator code (or a recovery code) when two-factor authentication is enabled.
How to use it
- On the login page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter your email address and submit — we send a reset link to that address.
- Open the email and click the link. Enter your new password and confirm it.
- If your account has an authenticator app set up, you'll be asked for the current code. Enter the 6-digit code from your app and submit.
- Your password is updated and you can log in with it.
Lost your authenticator device? Enter one of your recovery codes instead of the 6-digit code. Each recovery code works once.
The reset link is single-use and expires after a short time. If it stops working, just request a new one.
Authenticator setup and recovery codes are covered in Multi-factor authentication.
