Exporting analytics

Download your scan data as a CSV or Excel file to analyse it elsewhere or keep your own records.

What you can do

  • Export the raw scans behind your analytics — one row per scan, with the QR code, date, device, browser, language, referrer, IP address and tags.
  • Choose CSV or Excel (XLSX).
  • Export from the overall analytics page (respecting your current filters) or from a single QR code's analytics page.

How it works

Exports are prepared in the background, so large exports don't keep you waiting. When you start an export you'll see a notification confirming it has started. Once the file is ready, a notification with a download link appears in your notification bell.

The overall export uses whatever you've filtered to on the Analytics page — the selected QR codes, tags and date range. A single QR code's export contains only that code's scans.

How to use it

  1. Open Analytics (or a single QR code's analytics page).
  2. On the overall page, set your filters first so the export matches what you see.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Pick the columns you want and choose CSV or Excel, then confirm.
  5. Wait for the "ready" notification in your bell, then download your file.
