Teams

On the Team plan you can work on QR codes together with others.

What you can do

  • Create one or more teams; the creator is the team owner.
  • Invite people with a unique join link and give each member a role.
  • Share a pool of team QR codes that every member can work on, alongside everyone's personal QR codes.

Roles

  • Owner — full control, including making other people owners. Only an owner can delete the team.
  • Admin — can manage members and invite people, but cannot create owners and cannot remove admins or owners.
  • Member — works on the team's QR codes, without managing members.

How it works

  • Only the team owner needs the Team subscription. Members can be on any plan.
  • The team's QR-code limit (500) is a shared pool drawn from the owner's plan; it does not count against members' personal limits.
  • A join link is single-use and expires after a week.

How to use it

  1. On the Team plan, open Teams and create a team.
  2. Use Invite member, pick a role, and share the generated link.
  3. Assign a QR code to the team by choosing the team in the QR code form.
