Availability controls

Decide when a QR code works and how many times it can be used.

What you can do

  • Start date — the code only begins working from a moment you choose.
  • End date — the code stops working after a moment you choose.
  • Scan limit — the code stops working after a set number of scans.
  • One-time use — the code works exactly once.

If someone scans a code that hasn't started yet, has ended, or is used up, they see a friendly page explaining why it isn't available.

How to use it

  1. Open a QR code and find its availability settings.
  2. Set a start and/or end date, or leave them empty to keep it always on.
  3. If you want, add a scan limit or turn on one-time use.
  4. Save. Anyone scanning outside those rules automatically sees the unavailable page.
