Subscription plans

Choose the plan that fits how you use the QR manager. Plans unlock higher limits and extra features.

The plans

  • Free — up to 3 QR codes and 100 scans per week. No analytics or tags.
  • Plus — 25 QR codes, unlimited scans, plus analytics and tags.
  • Team — 500 shared QR codes, unlimited scans, analytics, tags, and team collaboration.

Prices and limits are configured for the app, and every paid plan price is shown including VAT.

How it works

  • Your effective plan is decided by, in order: an active plan granted by an admin, then your paid subscription, otherwise Free.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Mollie. The first time you subscribe you are sent to Mollie's secure checkout to set up the payment mandate.
  • Choosing a plan first opens a confirmation showing the monthly price (including VAT); nothing is charged until you confirm and complete the Mollie checkout.
  • You can switch plans or cancel at any time from the Plans page. Cancelling returns you to Free.
  • If you drop below your usage (for example after a downgrade), your existing QR codes keep working — you simply cannot create new ones until you are back under the limit.

Changing your plan

  • Upgrading (to a more expensive plan) happens immediately. You are charged only the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, not the full new price — so moving from Plus to Team with a full month left costs about €15, not €24.
  • Downgrading (to a cheaper plan) takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan and its limits until then, and there is no refund or credit for the time already paid. A banner shows the date your downgrade takes effect.
  • Cancelling (switching to Free) works the same way: your paid plan stays active until the end of the period, then you return to Free.

How to use it

  1. Open Plans under Billing.
  2. Click Choose plan. A confirmation appears with the monthly price — select Continue to payment.
  3. For a first paid subscription, complete the Mollie checkout. You are then returned to the Plans page.
  4. Your new limits and features unlock as soon as the payment is confirmed — the Plans page updates in real time, so the active plan is highlighted automatically without needing to reload.
