Overview

A menu that keeps up with your kitchen

Menus change, prices change, specials sell out. QR Manager keeps the printed code and changes the destination, so every table always shows today’s menu.

Because the code points through QR Manager, you can switch to a lunch menu, hide a sold-out dish or correct a price the moment it changes. The analytics then show which tables and times see the most scans, so you can plan covers and staffing around real demand.

Why it works

Built to keep up with you

Update without reprinting

Change dishes, prices or the whole menu in seconds — the printed code never changes.

Lunch, dinner, seasonal

Schedule menus or use single-use codes so guests always see what’s on right now.

See what gets attention

Track scans per table or location in real time, broken down by tag.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need to download an app to view the menu?
No. Scanning the code opens your menu in the phone’s browser — there is nothing to install. You simply point the code at a web page, PDF or your own menu site.
How do I update the menu without reprinting the codes?
Edit the destination in QR Manager and every printed code instantly shows the new menu. The code itself never changes, so table tents, posters and stickers stay exactly as they are.
Can I show a different menu for lunch and dinner?
Yes. Use availability schedules or single-use modes to switch the destination by time of day, or keep separate codes per service and repoint them whenever the kitchen changes.
